At Staceedress Auto Parts, we want every replacement part order to be clear, accurate, and easy to review before installation.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Electrical parts, sensors, switches, and modules that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

Before You Request a Return

Please compare the OE number, connector, mounting points, and product photos with your original part before installation. If you are unsure about fitment, contact us with your vehicle information and part number.

Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number, the product part number, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
