Return & Exchange Policy – StaceeDress.com

At StaceeDress.com, we want every bride and customer to feel confident and beautiful in their purchase. We understand that choosing a wedding or evening dress is a meaningful decision, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent return & exchange policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard-size dresses (not custom-made) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom-size, custom-color, or personalized dresses/accessories are made to order and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alterations, stains (makeup, perfume, deodorant), or damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.

  • Clearance, sale, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request

    • Contact our customer service team at info@staceedress.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is damaged/defective.

  2. Approval & Instructions

    • Once your request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and the return address.

    • Unauthorized returns without approval will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping the Return

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  4. Inspection & Refund

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).


3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please return the original item first and place a new order.

  • For defective/incorrect items, we will cover the replacement shipping cost.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your dress/accessory arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made dresses (custom size, custom color, design modifications)

  • Accessories such as earrings, undergarments, veils, or hairpieces (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final-sale or clearance items


6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, as production begins immediately. If possible, we will refund part of the cost depending on the production stage.
